Annual Property Inspection

At Aloe Property Management, we know that many of our owners live out of state or simply don’t have the time to personally visit their property. That’s why we offer an annual professional inspection to give you peace of mind and ensure your investment is being properly cared for.

What the Inspection Includes:

Professional Walkthrough & Photos – A trained inspector will complete a full walk-through of the home and provide photos documenting the current condition.
Wear & Tear vs. Damage – We’ll note areas of normal wear and tear as well as any items that require repair or could become a problem if left unaddressed.
Lease Compliance Check – We look for unauthorized pets, additional occupants, overgrown landscaping, look for any damage, smoke smells, and other potential lease violations.
Maintenance Review – We check for common issues that are often overlooked, such as leaks under sinks, corrosion, water heater condition, or other maintenance items that should be addressed early to prevent costly repairs later.
Custom Requests – If there’s something specific you’d like us to check (for example, roof, irrigation system, or pest concerns), we can add that to the inspection.
