Lease-Only Service – $1,500 Flat Fee

How it works:

$250.00 due upfront and non-refundable, applied toward the $1,500 leasing fee.
Balance of fee ($1,250.00) is collected at move-in from tenant’s funds or directly from owner.
Rent (minus the leasing fee) will be disbursed once funds clear.

Landlord/tenant eviction history across 7 years of national/state/county records.
Identity verification with biometric and global ID checks.
Income verification via direct bank connection or secure upload (OCR/AI processed). Debt to Income verification
Nationwide criminal records, including sex offender registry and OFAC watch list.
